Please be informed that we do not offer a refund if fish are dead on arrival (DOA) during the cold months (current period). We still do deliver live stock but it is at the client's risk.Â
If any accessories arrive broken or do not work (manufacturer error) we will first evaluate your situation and provide a refund if it necessitates. However, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer if it is in a region beyond KwaZulu-Natal.
